'Retreat in the Pines'! Tämä kaunis mökki sijaitsee mäntyjen keskellä, alle kilometrin päässä keskikaupungin ostosmahdollisuuksista, ravintoloista ja golfkentistä. Se on täydellinen paikka perheelle tai ystäville. Nauti päivitetystä keittiöstä, jossa on graniittiset työt ja iso kivi takka olohuoneessa. Mökissä on upea kääre ympärille etu- ja takakannella, jossa voit istua kirjan lukemisen aikana tai vain katsella villieläimiä. Our kids have never been past Bonita Park so seeing the cute town of Ruidoso was enjoyable for them. We LOVED the hot tub under the stars and they tried the mountain coaster. Good restaurants and we liked the neighborhood.

Hummingbird cabin
This was a very nice location and cabin. It had a few things that could be done to make it nicer. First, the master bedroom carpet was really bad. Several stains on it. The walls were dirty and could use paint and the bed was pretty bad. I liked the kitchen. We cook everyday and had everything we need. The dishwasher was nice and the Hot tub was great.

I traveled with my elderly mother, and we came into town a little earlier than expected, so i reached out to the manager/owner in hopes of checking in early. It took several hours to get a response and was coldly reminded that check-in was 4pm. Later, i messaged them that the TV in the master bedroom had parental locks and needed a code. I NEVER received a response. The house was old, the pictures make it look nice but the carpet is old, bathroom is 1980's, the towels are very old and used, the carpeting is musky. They list it as rustic, but it is just old. Even the flooring was severely slanted that my mother would lose her balance. It's definitely not worth the $700 I paid for 3 nights.

House was wonderful
We had a great time. They allow pets but the master carpet was absolutely dirty. Need to use the deposits to clean or put in hard flooring. The location was great. The porch was so awesome. A few things did not work like the outlet at the master bath but there are close plugs. The dishwasher did not work, but we were OK washing by hand. We would stay again if carpet addressed.

Cabin was very dirty and dated
The carpet and rugs were very dirty. The light fixtures above the kitchen table has spider webs. The kitchen table was very stained and dirty. Kitchen cabinets were greasy. Kitchen pans were rusty. Barbecue grill was dirty and rusty. I will never stay here again. Definitely not worth the amount I paid. I was very disappointed. I can send pictures if needed.

Great cabin!
The cabin was very nice and very close to town, just five minute drive to mid-town. The cabin did not suffer in the flooding, though damage is evident along the creek. One quibble: not enough light in the bedrooms. Lots of deer, horses and elk visited. We shall return.

Vacation
The property was great. Location and roominess was good. The only problem was that the dishwasher didn’t work and wasn’t told that when booking the reservation. Only found out when we called for maintenance to come repair it. It was loaded and ready to turn on and wouldn’t come on. Also need to replace the knives in the kitchen. Very dull and dangerous when trying to cut something with them

Relaxing Retreat
Cedarside cabin was exactly as listed in the posting. Check in was a breeze, everything was clean (especially the hot tub), and when they said fully stocked kitchen, they really mean it! Beds were comfy, there was room for everyone, and overall the group had an awesome stay. Would return in the future.

Clean but uncomfortable mattresses
The house was very clean and we enjoyed the hot tub. The location was also convenient. A few things would have made the house so much more comfortable. The mattresses in all of the rooms were incredibly uncomfortable, like sleeping on springs and plywood, none of our party had a good nights sleep in any of the rooms during our 3 night stay. Many of the interior doors didn't shut and/or lock, and the interior could use a fresh coat of paint on all the walls.

I was at fault for misreading my email that check in was at 4pm. The cleaning crew came in right after my miscommunative call.. we toured the area giving the crew full time to clean for us. When we returned to unpack, we discovered some of our sheets and cases were not replaced, we noticed due to the saliva and booger residue left on a couple pullow cases. We cleaned every surface when we returned due to the hair and dust left on the coffee pot.

Overall, We enjoyed it
Almost everything during our vacation was good, but there were two aspects that made me feel upset. Firstly, the grill was very old and not functioning properly, which was really disappointing as we love BBQ, especially during vacations. Secondly, the dishwasher was completely out of order, which meant that we had to wash all dishes and utensils used by eight people twice a day. This was not fair and caused frustration among the wives. Additionally, the king and queen beds made a lot of noise at night. Despite these issues, the location was extraordinary on all levels. Furthermore, the cabin was clean, the communication with the management of the cabin was swift, as they replied and responded quickly andsent a technicianto check if the dishwasher was fixable but unfortunately it wasn't. Overall, we had a good time. Thanks Hummingbirds.
