I didn’t like sharing the dining area with animals in the chairs. No 24hr coffee was available during snow storms. Complementary breakfast was progressively worst as the storm lingered (staff said they couldn’t get their deliveries during to the storm. I explained they should adapt and purchase from local Sams as I did). I was charged a different amount each day for my lodgings. Snow removal was non-exsistant to access the parking lot. Not a good experience

new years eve stay

We had several people traveling with us. We ended up with 3 rooms for new years eve. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in great condition. The only thing that we were disappointed in was that the outdoor patio with heaters wasnt open. There were several pictures of it on the website and that was a major reason why we chose this hotel. It was new years eve and we had several children with us so we were hoping we could sit out there.

Great Stay

We were very happy with this hotel. Friendly staff, nice, clean rooms. There is a nice restaurant downstairs that made getting dinner very convenient after driving all day and not wanting to go anywhere! The complimentary breakfast was good too and had plenty of options with a nice dining room!
