Äskettäin uusittu 3 makuuhuoneen kaupunkitalo San Antonion luoteisosassa, vain 10-15 minuutin päässä Lackland AFB: stä, Sea Worldistä, Fiesta Texasista ja kuuluisasta Alamosta ja Riverwalkista.

Tämä 3 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen kaupunkitalo sijaitsee rauhallisella porteilla, kauniissa puistomaisessa ympäristössä ja kuohuviini-altaalla (ei keinotekoisesti lämmitetty). Makuuhuoneissa on 1 king-size-vuode, 1 queen-size-vuode ja 2 täyttä sänkyä 6 aikuisen mukavaan majoittamiseen.

Olohuoneessa on mukava nahkasohva ja rakkausistuin sekä 55 tuuman televisio, jossa AT&T Uverse-ohjelmointi, DVR ja langaton internet. Makuuhuoneessa on myös toinen TV (32 "), joka voidaan siirtää mihin tahansa makuuhuoneeseen. Keittiössä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, graniittitasot ja täysin varustettu tippakahvipannu, tehosekoitin, leivänpaahdin, kattilat, pannut, lautaset ja hopeaesineet 8 hengelle.

Muodollisessa ruokasalissa on upea puupöytä, jossa on 8 paikkaa.

Omalla terassilla on pöytä, tuolit, sateenvarjo ja kaasugrilli ... täydellinen perheen ulkokokoukseen.

Allas sijaitsee muutaman askeleen päässä talosta kompleksin keskellä. Allaskausi avataan huhtikuun toisena sunnuntaina ja käy läpi syyskuun lopun. Kuten minkä tahansa uima-altaan kanssa, ilmenee joskus odottamattomia ongelmia, jotka vaativat HOA: n sulkemaan sen väliaikaisesti huoltoa varten. Sitä ei tapahdu usein ja se on yleensä vain lyhyen ajan, mutta kun tämä tapahtuu, se ei ole minun valvonnan alainen, joten en voi tarjota mitään takeita. Nice Townhouse
Refurbished Townhouse. We enjoyed our stay. Older townhouse community with friendly helpful neighbors. Although not downtown, most attraction are only 20-30 mins. away. Appliances are not new models, but in working order. Would stay again.

Our stay
First time to Texas, felt safe and the house is cute. Pictures made it seem like it had a bigger backyard area to barbecue. And if you’re going for the pool make sure you check with the owner to see that it is either not under construction or being maintenance. We are from Oregon, so when we booked knowing weather was still in the 90s we were extremely disappointed when we could not use the pool.

Good location, well stocked.
Family trip to SeaWorld, Alamo, and river walk over 4th of July week. Good central location between downtown and SeaWorld. House was well stocked with supplies, it’s a dated house but appears to have been renovated but still shows its age. Comfortable beds. Upon arrival noticed a ding cockroach on floor, must have recently been sprayed. Neighborhood is gated and fenced in so helps with security, I went for a run around the neighborhood each morning, quite a few stray cats, I about got bit by one of the residents little dogs one morning that chased me. Pool was ok, a little dirty but the kids had fun and it wasn’t too busy. All in all we had a good time.

Nice Place to Stay - Pool Details
Nice place to stay! We enjoyed the property very much! Neighborhood was safe & quiet. Pictures & listing details were accurate. (except one thing: there are 5 chairs outside, pic shows four...was a bonus as we had 5 people staying) Overall very clean & spacious. It had the things we needed for cooking and eating. Furniture was quite comfortable. Everything worked well. no complaints about the house at all!! Community Pool: The pool area isn't the owner's responsibility, but we found it run down and not very clear. I've never seen a pool where you have to use a key to get in and out. Hours are Monday 3 pm - 10 pm. Tuesday through Sunday 10 am to 10 pm. They didn't have it open Monday at all since the maintenance guy put chemicals in at 3 pm when it was supposed to open. He claimed it gets used a lot on the weekend, from what we saw that wasn't true at all (one other group in it besides us). There were a lot of leaves in it, the maintenance guy said it gets cleaned out twice a week. After maintenance Monday it was a little better, but still quite a few leaves. There were some people that came to use the pool, but seeing the cloudy water and leaves, they left without getting in. Again, it isn't the owner's fault, but if the pool is important to your stay, this info might help you. We did still use the pool and it was refreshing, but some updates would make it better.

My family and I stayed 5 nights. It was great location, close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment. We were here for a family member graduating from basic training.The beds were very comfortable and it was nice enjoying the community pool. We had it to ourselves most of the time. The house has everything you need. I would stay here again

Fantastic place to stay
We truly enjoyed our stay while in San Antonio. It had everything we needed…. Beds were very comfortable, A/c was amazing, loved the private patio, very clean, and accommodating!! My husband loved the fob to open the gate… and it was a quiet area.

Nice and clean townhouse with comfortable beds. As stated in the description it is about 20 minutes from downtown but easy to get there via highway. We did alot of activities that were outside of downtown so it was the perfect hub for our daily adventures. We stayed the first week in April and the pool was open and clean.

Perfect for Our Needs!
In town for Air Force Basic Military Training graduation. Check-in process was very easy and although we didn't need to contact the owner for anything, the initial e-mail more than covered everything we needed to know for our stay. The location/distance to Lackland was convenient and the unit was roomy and comfortable.

Great stay
Overall, we had a great time. We only had two issues. I saw the biggest roach in the master bath light fixture. Probably could’ve gone down in the book of world records. Thankfully, it stayed there…I think. Second, that same light fixture was messed up. It was like a strobe light the entire time. Probably frying the roach. Other than those faults, everything else was great. We basically had the pool to ourselves each night. :-)

All the necessities
Very responsive host. Check in and out was a breeze. The kitchen was very well stocked in the pantry and plenty of cleaning supplies were provided. Roomy, excellent parking, very close to freeways, yet a quiet neighborhood. Only suggestions are to flip the king mattress as valleys are starting to form, and the leather couches are not great for older people. Also, as stated in an earlier review, the lack of curtains or shades on the back sliding doors did rather freak me out at night. Even though there is a privacy fence, perhaps consider some drapes. Outdoor space will be wonderful in warm weather. Overall, very nice place.

We were in town for a family funeral. The townhouse was centrally located in a secure gated community. Kitchen was well stocked beds Comfy, and tvs in all bed rooms so the kids weren't fighting over what to watch Grocery store and restaurants near by were Convenient we were able to make meals or grab take out. Over all a great stay
