Enjoyable stay at Bay View for two adults and one child. Easy walk to numerous shops, restaurants and water activities. Room was clean, area was quiet at night. Smaller parking lot but accommodates enough for one car per room. Owner was very friendly and was able to extend our stay by another night without needing to switch rooms.

Unattractive bay view

We had a very nice King bed room with a bay view. However, the view is actually not very nice since the property across the street is currently under construction and the other properties around it are not very attractive. Yes, you can see the water, but what you mostly notice is how unattractive the rest of the view is.

Modest but nice & clean. Insufficient electrical outlets for those with medical equipment. Can only review for the room assigned. Maybe others were better.

Beautiful sweet stay

Really enjoyed our stay nice quiet comfortable beautiful patio top see all of the beach and morro rock hear birds and otters all day very cute place to stay walking distance to everything place to eat and shop

Pleasant surprise

This was a cute motel. We booked for quick overnight stop, but were pleasantly surprised by the location and adorable town. We were 1 block from the bay and many shops and restaurants and we could hear seals in the morning, which we saw when we walked to the bay.

Great place, great staff, super walkable and close to shops and dining. Price was excellent for the area. Bed was comfy, room was spacious and we even had a view of the rock. We will definitely be back!

Great weekend stay

Centrally located one block up from Embarcadero where all the food and shops are. Large room with a comfortable king size bed, microwave and mini fridge. There is a communal deck where you can sit and enjoy a perfect view of the bay and Morro rock.
