Although the hotel was short on staff the time I visited they really helped whenever we needed something. The breakfast they serve was delicious and the rooms are very spacious. But because the hotel is dog friendly I did get a hairy bedsheet, but was changed immediately when asked. Despite that our stay was lovely.

We stayed at this hotel because it was rated a 9.0 out of 10. I don’t know how the rating work but I would have rated it a 7.0. Building and rooms are old and run down. Location feels unsafe. Saw several homeless folks loitering near the parking lot. Did not feel like we could take a walk safely.

Nice property located close to down-town if you have a car. It did not look very walkable but it was safe enough. Rooms are no-frills and decent. In our room, the shower worked like a fire-hydrant - so watch out! :-)

You can find a better hotel
It’s fine for one quick night, but if you’re taking a longer trip I’d recommend a different hotel. Pros: free coffee and cookies all night long. Free breakfast. Fine location. Cons: dirty, stained carpet. Mold in bathroom. Peeling wallpaper everywhere. Heating did not work. The breakfast chef was very rude to our elderly grandmother. The electric vehicle chargers are more expensive than others.

Rooms in poor condition, not very clean,mold around bathtub, overall very beat down and worn. Not worth the price being charged. Expedia stated price included tax, it did not, extra charges tacked on. Ended up well above Expedia quote. Located in a very poor part of town, homeless people all over the place. Some wandering in and out of the hotel. Some of the front desk people were very helpful, some were not. The breakfast was the only good part of the stay. Would definitely not stay here again.

Dirty linen, stains and sands in the bed sheets, found this after unpacking, too late and tired to complain and request to switch room. Toilet bowl stained and not clean. Missing a bath robe. Complained to front desk during checkout. The clerk Maria said she would report it to the housekeeping manager. The breakfast was reasonable, and the waiter warmly served us. Tea and cookies were provided in the hallway.
