The property was fine, service fine... and now... COFFEE undrinkable! I commented on this after our November stay, and the nasty coffee remains undrinkable. I had to go to CircleK down the street before breakfast to take into the dining area. Fix the coffee issue, and you'll be 5 Stars!

Very nice spacious room for the price. Staff was super helpful. I had a 1:30am arrival and a 3:30am checkout a few days later. Each time the evening staff was helpful & efficient.

Honestly this was probably one of the worst properties I’ve stayed at. The elevator has so much dirt and grime in the door that it sounds like a rock crusher when it opens and closes. The cleaning people came in and took my dirty towels but didn’t leave me any new ones, and didn’t make the bed either. Then I found a cockroach crawling on the floor on my last morning. Avoid at all costs.

Construction was in progress at the entrance. All the plumbing in the bathroom is loose. The faucet in the sink, the shower head and the faucet in the tub are very loose. Sometimes the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you lifted the top and moved the float. It also seems like they turned off the AC at night.The room was stuffy and hot later that night and I didn’t sleep much. Usually Hampton Inn is very good but I’m disappointed in this one. It wasn’t worth the price.

Room phone was broken our entire stay, even though we asked every morning to get it fixed. Television reception was limited to just a couple local channels, had to ask twice to get a coffee pot in our room, had to ask daily for coffee refills, and the iron was broken in the room.avoid this hotel and find anything else in the area. Not worth your money.
