This lovely Gulf-front Beacons condominium is in the heart of Seagrove Beach and easily accessible on the first floor. A bike ride to Seaside should be on the agenda for events, shopping, architectural observing, and a foodie's culinary enjoyment.

Beacons 1 is a newly remodeled, fully furnished ground-floor unit with an east-end location, offering 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for your ultimate comfort. The two king bedrooms provide luxurious retreats, complemented by an additional twin bedroom. For extra accommodation, the sofa in the living room transforms into a queen bed. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. The master bedroom features an adjustable king bed, and you can step out onto the walk-out patio, surrounded by a beautifully manicured lawn. The condo's prime feature is direct access to the sugar-sand beach, allowing you to revel in breaking waves and enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets right at your doorstep.

* Assigned parking for 1 car with extra spaces on a first come first serve basis.
* Golf carts are not allowed in the Beacons complex.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Absolutely horrendous!
Before I go into the details, I’m sure the management company will fire back with a typical “we fixed all your concerns” response just like they have for the other negative reviews. What’s funny is all the positive review appear to be copy/paste reviews with identical wording. Renters beware. Now for the truth of our stay. It started with the owners promising us an early check in. They stated we could check in at any time since the unit was empty the night before and to just let them know when we get there and thus will let us in early. We arrived 2 hours early. It was raining and almost 100 degrees. All calls texts and messages were ignored leaving an infant and two toddlers sitting in the hot rain until the “official” check in time. Shame on you. As far as the condition of the place? IT’S VERY RUN DOWN. do not be deceived by the pictures or reviews. Walls had all kinds of blotchy patch work, there was MOLD growing up the wall out of the toilets (we were told it’s nothing to worry about!). The towels all had other people’s HAIR in them and felt like sand paper. The parking spots are hidden and only large enough for a sub compact. Any time you run the sink THE SMELL OF MILDEW AND MOLD FILLED THE CONDO. WASPS ON THE PATIO AND ROACHES INSIDE. We asked to be moved or check out and be refunded and the owners refused. Once again told us that the black mold was safe and nothing to worry about. 🙄 This is something I would have expected to rent in Haiti, not 30a.

Beautiful Beach vacation
Good amount of room. We had 6 people. Kitchen is updated and met our needs. Bathrooms need some updating but they were sufficient.. Beacon 1 first floor you cant see beach but the convenience of the green grass back yard and few steps to walkway outweighed a view of beach. We enjoyed our stay!

If you plan to be on the beach all day this is the location for you. The beach is like 10-15 seconds from this ground unit. When you arrive they have a private driveway so it can be confusing at night because from the road it looks like it’s only one building but you have to drive down the left side of the 1st building. We had great family time but i would recommend bathroom remodeling, is all this place really needs. Went grocery shopping when we arrived and never had to leave for anything. Publix is close and all sorts of other restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Had a family of 7 and it was perfect for us. Thanks benchmark

overall the location is perfect. perfect spot to grill out in the back yard while the family(2 adults 2 kids 8-10) plays on the beach. interior isnt anything fancy, it did its job. Overall i was happy with this place and will probably book again. the only down side is, we had 2 cars, a little difficult finding a 2nd space but we made it work. theres an additional 6 spots behind the reserved spaces, we parked 1 there and didnt use that car and just used the vehicle with the reserved spot. trash can is a little walk but really no complaints. I definitely would recommend.
