This pristine, beautifully appointed 3rd floor Gulf-front condo offers breathtaking views from the expansive balcony, main living area, kitchen, and master bed and bath (yes, you have a gulf view from the kitchen sink and master shower!). This nearly 1,500 square foot property comfortably accommodates and sleeps 6 people (all in beds) + babies (Pack & Play Included). The balcony provides for additional living space perfect for relaxing while admiring the emerald coast. Owner is consistently updating the property. Highlights include fresh, modern and quality furniture and décor, very comfortable orthopedic mattresses (2 kings and 2 twins) with bed bug encasements, a 55” Smart TV in the Living Area, huge library of books and games, lighting fast Wi-Fi/Premium Direct TV, a well-equipped kitchen including a VitaMix Blender and both Keurig and regular coffee makers, newer major appliances. Both the Master and Guest Bedrooms have King-sized beds and attached baths. The super cute bunk room has a proper door for privacy and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, perfect for both kiddos and adults. There are several areas to set up the Pack and Play (included) in and near the Master Bedroom. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy!

The location is perfect; just east of Gulf place so just a short walk to great restaurants, cafes, and shops. For those bikers, you’ll have a short and scenic ride along the 30A path to Blue Mountain, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside. While the beaches are the main attraction, there’s so much to see and do along 30A. You're going to love your beach holiday based from the lovely San Remo 303!

Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 6:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with shower and separate tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV and separate entrance to shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3: Bunkroom with twin-over-twin bunks.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
