Slightly disappointing

Bed is very old. Sheets are not appropriate sized. Furnishings in living room are in very used and poor condition. The amenities on the property are great. Beach access and views were awesome.

The property completely without any cleaning, plus having one of the showers clogged, the garbage disposal locked, the showers dirty. Bottles, cotton swabs, and more trash under beds and nightstand. The kitchen had very few dishes and utensils, considering that it was rented for 5 people, it was not enough.

I want to refund my money, was terrible experience for my children and my mother, she is 73 years old. The unit was dirty, with mold, dusty and terrible condition. I just stayed because we traveled from Tampa and we were tired, but I feel really scammed.

The pool area is beautiful and the food at the poolside hut was great!! The room needs updated desperately and there’s not enough elevators for the amount of people. We were on the 11 th floor.

Our visit was great on the property but our room was really dirty with trash everywhere like it hadn’t been cleaned and I after checking in I got an email about my experience from Expedia and let them know about the room and they said it would be submitted to the property manager but we never heard back :(

The location was amazing. Staff was always friendly. Room was not clean. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, used underwear under couch, bracelet found in bed, shoes under bed. Hotel was quick to fix problems (no outlets worked, microwave didn’t work)

This property was a joke. They didn’t clean anything before, there was pee in the toilet. Food particles in the microwave. No towels were provided. No one was willing to answer the phone or help. The TV NEVER turned on when we got there and then come to find out we don’t get our security deposit back because of “TV” damage.I have proof of the mess when we first walked in. Had to buy my own cleaner to clean the place better because it was disgusting. Don’t go here this place just tries to steal your money and they are all rude. They a running a full on scam here.

Disappointing

The beach was great! The shores of Panama not so much there were always lines for the elevators that took forever. Check-in was at 4 PM on Friday and if you get there early, they didn’t wanna let you hang out at the pool or swim until your check in time. Then we get to our condo and there is black mold all on the inside of the shower curtain, the beds, hard as a brick, the pullout couch had stains all over it and the dryer didn’t work. For $1300 for two nights I think I will definitely find a different resort next time. Buyer beware not has advertised on Hotels.com
