Paradise Beach Club 449 on ylpeänä omistuksessa "Stay In Cocoa Beach", joka on suurin rannalla sijaitsevien loma-asuntojen omistaja Space Coastissa! Tämä kattohuoneisto, merenranta, kaakkoiskulma-yksikkö on vertaansa vailla. Yksikkö kohtaa sekä Koillis-Kaakkois-ja antaa sinulle todella henkeäsalpaavat panoraamanäkymät merelle lähes joka huone condo. Yksikkö ja kompleksi kunnostettiin kokonaan ylhäältä alas kesällä ja syksyllä 2015. On olemassa kaksi suurta parveketta, yksi 6 "ja 13" parveke off olohuone ja toinen valtava 8 "by 19" parveke pois makuuhuoneeseen. Huoneisto on täysin kaakeloitu, ja siinä on täysin remontoitu keittiö, iso ruokapöytä, avoin konsepti olohuone ja ruokailuhuone 50 "LCD-TV, DVD-soitin, vetäytyminen sohva, parveke ja näkymät jokaisesta yksittäisestä ikkunasta. Ensimmäinen makuuhuone on laadukas king size-vuode, taulu-tv, näkymät merelle sängystä, ja hiljattain remontoitu ensuite. Toinen makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode, TV, valtava parveke toisella puolella ja Florida huone, jossa on 6 hengen poreallas pois toisella puolella (yksi vain kaksi yksikköä rakennuksessa Florida ylimääräinen huone) Vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja tv. Kaikissa huoneissa on uudet huonekalut ja laadukkaat vuodevaatteet. Olohuoneessa on myös vetäytyvä sohva. Yksikössä on myös pesutupa, jossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu yksikössä, ilmainen nopea langaton internetyhteys sekä rantakaappi pyyhkeillä, leluilla, tuoleilla ja sateenvarjoilla. Kompleksissa toteutettiin vuonna 2015 laaja peruskorjaus, jonka aikana uudet ikkunat, ovet, kaiteet, maalit ja paljon muuta. Vaikka se on rakennettu 1970-luvulla, se näyttää uudelta. Kompleksin mukavuuksiin kuuluu lämmitetty merenranta-allas, josta on näkymät merelle, shuffleboard-kenttä, pieni kuntosali, 2 suurta grilliravintolaa, jossa on graniittipöydät, aidatut koirapuistot ja tietysti suora pääsy rannalle. Monimutkainen rakennus on rakennettu aivan meren äärellä, jotta pääset sinut lähelle merta kuin missä tahansa Floridassa. Se sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla kauniilla rauhallisella rannalla, mutta hyvin lähellä ostosmahdollisuuksia ja ravintoloita. Kompleksi sijaitsee 20 minuutin päässä Melbourne Airport, 15 minuutin päässä Cocoa Beach Pier, 10 minuuttia Indialantic, ja tunnin päässä Orlando Airport ja Disneyworld. Loved our stay
The condo was exactly as advertised. Its views cannot be beat. Taylor (property manager) was proactive without being intrusive and our rental experience was ideal. We had no issues but I feel had there been any they would have been addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. It's clean, comfy and in a location that cannot be beat. We hope to return next year!

We loved our stay and are planning our return trip next year to celebrate our 43rd Anniversary! Taylor, our property manager, was quickly available to answer any and all of our questions and checked in on us by email several times! We had no problems, but if we had, she would have been all over it! The location of this property is absolutely wonderful - close to the Melbourne airport and Publix, other stores, a movie theater, and various restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is sooo beautiful! Thank you for sharing this gem with us!!

This is a great place to stay. Had my family of 6 stay for the week and it was amazing!! Water was warm, lots of seashells. The penthouse was clean and the hot tub and pool were relaxing to use at the end of our beach days. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect! Just steps away from the beach, Publix and Planet Fitness across the street, and an amazing view from almost every room. We lucked out with gorgeous weather and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked, so you’re able to cook every meal if you like. There were plenty of linens and towels for everyone to use and the washer and dryer is so incredibly handy, especially being on the beach. We were thankful for the boogie boards and umbrella and made use of the jacuzzi every evening. The only feedback we have is that the condo could really use a good deep clean. At first glance everything appears clean, but you notice things as you use the condo. The biggest thing being it just smells musty. A good deep clean should help significantly. This rental is definitely on our list for return visits!

great getaway for a sunny/beach winter vacation
Loved the view and location....can't be beat. It was perfect for 2 couples. Very quiet and the views. Enjoyed the hot tub and short walk to beach (at your footsteps). Parts of condo were a little dated and having one bathroom separate from one bedroom was a little inconvenience but we knew that. Kitchen and big table was nice, as were the balconies....bedrooms nice as well. Everything was as stated in the listing and we would rent this out again. Enjoyed the rocket launch and viewing the 3 cruise ships docked nearby. As others have stated, it is like being on a cruise ship for the constant ocean views everything in the place.

Gorgeous view of God’s beauty!
The condo has all the elements for the makings of a wonderful stay. We used the hot tub every day. Sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars... does it get any sweeter? Gorgeous views of the ocean from almost every room is an added plus. Plenty of towels and a Washer and dryer in the condo to wash them is quite handy. It could stand a good cleaning, and the refrigerator needed a good wiping out due to having stored seafood by those that were there before us. It is a definite keeper!!

If you want to stay in a place right on the beach this is your spot! Unbeatable views from 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The view compares to being on a cruise ship and looking out at the water when you wake up. Hot tub was nice as well. Owners are very responsive if you have any questions. We will definitely be back!

This is a perfect beach location. Great views from all areas of the unit. The unit was equipped with ONLY essentials; we had to purchase plastic wrap, napkins, extra soap, dish soap, basic cleaning spray, paper towels, toilet paper etc...The photos make this unit look much nicer than in person ie: Popcorn ceiling, marks on walls, worn sofas. I think the most surprising thing to us was that the large bedroom with hot tub on the balcony had a separate (loud) window ac unit, no closet or bathroom en suite. It smelled musty. The hot tub cover was covered in mold and the entire area had an odor. For the price they charge And from the photos, was expecting more. The beach was great!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The pictures made it look nicer than it was. Kitchen was not very well equipped. View was amazing. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Rules were not being enforced on the property.
