This romantic gem is located on the East side of Hwy 1 resting up on the hillside and offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, meadow, and a forest. It is a two-bedrooms, two-baths 1200 sqft home with a loft ideal for two couples or a small family to enjoy. Curl up on the comfy custom built window seats, next to a wood burning fireplace, with a book or a board game. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled on the horizon for whale spouts. Snuggle with your loved ones as you enjoy your favorite show on large 65 inch TV with streaming services such as Netflix and Disney Plus. Enjoy your favorite beverage or BBQ on the deck overlooking the ocean historic Knipp-Stengel White Barn. The fully equipped remodeled kitchen is ready for home cooking. If you prefer to dine out, we have some great recommendations for local restaurants available in the guest guide.

Featuring high speed Wi-Fi, 4K TV, brand new stainless steal appliances, and new furniture throughout. Fiber optic internet and great cell service make this ideal for work from home.

Within minutes you can find beaches, tide pools, an 18-hole championship golf course, a recreational center (with pool, sauna and tennis court) and miles of hiking trails along the shore, through the meadows, the hills and forest. Explore nearby Gualala for dining out, shopping and local art. The Gualala river runs along Sea Ranch with picnic areas and kayak rentals in town. Visit the Annapolis Winery or Trinks for a good cup of coffee, desserts, and good food.

Why the host chose Sea Ranch: For many years, I have been coming to Sea Ranch with my family to relax, rejuvenate in the nature and take in the views of the Pacific Ocean. There is something for everyone in this spectacular area such as golfing, hiking, hoarse back riding, swimming, whale watching and listening to waves.

What makes this house unique: The peaceful meadow setting with ocean views and calming sound of the ocean surf making it an unforgettable getaway. Fully remodeled in 2021 including brand new furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and paining throughout. While you are a guest at the Sea Ranch you will have access to 3 recreational centers (Moonraker on the south end, Ohlson in the middle and Del Mar on the north) – together offer heated swimming pools, tennis and picket ball courts, gardens, basketball and volleyball areas, locker rooms and saunas. The Sea Ranch offers 6 sandy beaches, marine preserves, stables, more than 50 miles of hiking trails along the shore, through the meadows, the hills and forest and bicycling on private roads. Golfers can enjoy an 18-hole course at Sea Ranch Golf Links. Designed by Robert Muir Graves, this is a challenging course with a dramatic coastal setting described as “natural and minimalist”.

Perfect home for a little get away!
We had an amazing time! The house was perfect! Just a girls’ get away with the dog. The house was fully stocked and the view from the windows was amazing! We enjoyed many meals overlooking the open space and the view of the ocean. We spent time at the various beaches and walked the trails with the dog. Thank you for sharing your home!

Super quiet, relaxing stay at Sea Ranch. Dining was superb at Lodge, pool is beautiful, nearby hikes are gorgeous. The condo could use some minor sprucing here and there, but the architecture is very cool, everything is functional, and the views are second to none!

Peaceful, relaxing escape
We loved our long-weekend away up at Masha's property! Our family of four, and our dog, headed up to get some peace and quiet during July 4th fireworks, and we got exactly that! It was everything described in photos and writing. The views are stunning, and we all loved relaxing on the window seat reading, playing card games, and gazing out at the ocean. Masha went out of her way to make the place welcoming, including for our pup, which was so thoughtful! She had dog bowls ready, a dog toy, and extra bags to bring along while walking our dog. The kitchen had everything we need to cook and prepare food, and we loved using the fireplace during one of the days it started raining. We enjoyed exploring the trail right nearby, and the beach was a quick drive away down the hill. We felt so lucky to have found this property and to be able to enjoy it!

Clean comfortable Sea Ranch home
Masha's home was very clean and the perfect size for our family's week long stay in Sea Ranch. There a few options for eating out at Sea Ranch so we cooked all our meals at the house; the kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking equipment we needed (there are no cooking staples other than salt/pepper). The home is up the hill on the east side of the highway with nice views, just a short walk to beach and the Ohlson pool. Note that the neighbors take quite very seriously, apparently our family game of Monopoly after dinner was too loud!

I had read about the cluster "cabin" homes on the Ranch but never knew where these iconic homes were until our stay. True to the early premise of the Sea Ranch concept! The interior of the property was warm, updated and had all the creature comforts needed. What a fantastic view out the living room window! Stunning!

My favorite spot was on the living room daybeds, with the gorgeous, sweeping views of the forest, meadow, and ocean in the distance, and by the fireplace at night. The property was very clean, newly renovated, easily accessible, and had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back!

This property has everything you need to be comfy on your vacation. Property was modern and fresh and very clean. If I had to give a suggestion it would be to improve the bedding quality but that is getting picky. Our family would definitely stay here again. An absolute gem
If you’re lucky enough to book this spot, don’t wait. It was beautifully furnished, had plenty of amenities and was impeccably clean. Not to mention having an incredible ocean view to wake up to every morning, you almost want to just stay in the home and not go anywhere else for your trip. Masha is also just a wonderful and prompt host. We can’t wait to come back.
