they had no ice machines that worked, an never offered to go to the gas station and get any. the pool area was freezing cold, and the hot tub was barely warm an the jets didn't work. I also had to ask for towels in the pool area.

The bed was very uncomfortable tossed and turned all night. It looked like it had been around for a while. There were spots in the mattress that had indents where others had slept. It was quiet but not a place I'm likey to stay at again

They have a fair breakfast and hot tub and small pool but everything seemed nice. Close to airport and restaurants.

this is the worst place I have ever stayed dirty. Had to go to the back he was there took off left me locked out. Freezing cold didn’t help much with my stuff. Very rude ice machine didn’t work. Forgot to tell me after I went to the front oleum floors, no rugs are carpeted at all not good at all cold hard to find nothing about. It was good and the young man worked there was the worst not helpful rude I’m an elderly lady. I was handling my stuff in this freezing cold like I said, locked out from the back couldn’t get in and he had taken off and everything in the room was not good. It took about an hour and a half to warm it up. The floors were nasty. Just linoleum very hard to get in and out with my stuff no handicapped room I called ahead. I was at the way back.

Nice clean hotel
Just stayed for one night to be close to the airport. Room was nice and clean. Hallways had older carpet with spots that have worn through to the floor. Halls had a very distinct odor; but i did not notice it in my room

Stay was great hotel was clean, room was very clean! But the pool was really cold and the hot tub wasnt all that hot but was still at a warm temp the hot tub had random flake like stuff floating on top of the water and while in your room you could hear people out in the hallway and in the room you could hear my daughter crying from the stairs and we were down at the end of the hall. So definitely not very soundproof. But for the price I'd stay again.

Well first of all, there was mold on the shower curtain inside of the shower curtain. I didn't realize till I was in the shower. Already? So that's one thing the other thing is, I don't get the $100 deposit 4 essentials, what is an essential then I couldn't get it back because they said you're gonna put it on my card in a week and I'm traveling and What happens if they don't do it really don't bother i'm going to this place

I paid my stay on arrival and then you HAVE to put a separate $100.00 "security deposit" down which was not listed on Expedia. (What if I was not able to provide this extra unknown fee- they would still change the room to the cc on the file!) NOT okay. Walmart bags for the garbage can bags. TV remote had no back piece to secure the batteries. There is not an elevator at this location. The best part.... As I was checking out, the employee asked if I enjoyed my stay. I wanted my $100 back so I said yes. He asked if I would scan the QR code and leave a review. HE TOOK MY PHONE AND DID THE REVIEW HIMSELF..... ALL 5 STARS.... Then submitted it. I have never experienced anything like this.

I stayed at Econo Lodge North (11/14) for one night to catch an early flight out of FSD (I am not from the SF area). After checking in, I was asked to reshare my ID and resign the check-in document, which felt like I had to check in twice at 10 pm. While sleeping, a woman, who I assume was management, came into the room without warning at 6:30 a.m., asking for my ID again. I felt my rest and peace were disturbed, which made my stay very uncomfortable and bothered. The hotel is not in good condition and will not be returning in the future.
