Breathtaking views of sun, surf and sand! This non-smoking 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo was beautifully renovated in 2016. All new modern appliances, including ventless washer/dryer combo, and luxurious furnishings make your stay comfortable and help you feel pampered. Wake to an amazing sunrise over the gulf every morning, from your private balcony. The soothing sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep at night and beckon you to the beach during the day. The condo is steps away from the pool (heated in the winter), and lush landscaped court yard.

Over 750 square feet, this home, can accommodate a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 small children or 4 adults very comfortably). Sleep comfortably in a King size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen and bath have beautiful granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with necessities and is equipped with blender, coffee maker and microwave. Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TVs, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens/bath towels, and a washer/dryer combo are all available in the condo for your convenience.

Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at the beach.

Swimsuits, clothes, food, drinks, and beach towels are all the supplies you need to have a wonderful time in the turquoise blue waters of South Padre Island; "THE PARADISE OF TEXAS".

Water activities include Schlitterbahn Beach Water park, dolphin watching, boogie boarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, and sailboat rentals. For the fisherman in the family, bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties/pier/surf and fly fishing are all available. Birding & Nature Center and Sea Turtle, Inc right across the street from the Tiki are also popular island activities. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30-minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. For golfers, golf is available at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista.

Great condo and facility

We had a great time. Condo had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. We loved the pool area and the beach!! Owner was quick to reply to us when we needed to ask him questions. Would definitely stay there again!!

We could not have been more please with the condo we stayed in and the tiki community was so very well taken car of The other guest and staff was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Most definitely will stay at Bill's properties again in the future. Ohh and they have extra supplies for your beach use Coolers/ chairs ect

The unit and location were both amazing!

The unit was very well taken care of and in very good condition. Looked exactly like the photos in the listing. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you'd need to cook. Pool is heated and area is nice. Location is right on the beach! Definitely recommended for anyone looking at this listing!

Bring extra bedding and a broom

Lovely place. Steps to beach. This place was amazing! It does not sleep six in beds however, one king size bed and one pull out couch, my teen slept on the second couch and the boys took the pullout. the pIt worked work.

Everything we needed

This condo was well-furnished, with all appliances in good working order. Having a unit with a washer/ dryer is a definite plus. The property is close to good restaurants as well as the nature center. We've visited the island many times, and staying at this (North) end of the island is a nice change of pace.

Condo was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable for a couple. Location was desirable near birding center and other attractions. Grounds well maintained. Nice pool, convenient beach access. Would stay again.

Nice Condo close to the beach

The stay was great, apart from being stung by a stingray and navigating tar balls on the beach. The condo was very clean and had a ton of space for just 2 people. The host was accommodating when we needed a late check out due to the stingray incident. The only drawback is the balcony looks directly into the courtyard Marriott entrance to their pool. Great for people watching but not ideal if you'd like privacy.

Nice Little Condo by the Beach

This is a rightsized one bedroom condo with very easy beach access. The king size bed was comfortable as was the sleeper sofa. There are two smart TVs, so we didn’t need the Roku we brought. Everything in the condo worked. My only complaint is that it’s right next to the hotel bar, so it was quite noisy at night.

Surprise getaway

We loved this condo. Great location, so close to the pool and the beach. Right next to the Courtyard by Marriott. The balcony is a gem. Well equipped with all that you need. We look forward to staying here again.

Spring break

The condo and complex was great! We had a wonderful time fishing and biking the first week. The pool was warm and a lot of fun. But the weather was not in our favor this year, it turned windy and cold. We enjoyed a day trip to Brownsville and the bird sanctuary was really interesting. The only thing I might have changed is the timing. The spring break crowd was really heavy the week March 12th. But I must say the noise did not come inside the condo. The balcony was really nice! If you like to ride bikes the bike lanes are wide and user friendly❤️ Also just down the road you can drive on the beach and fish❤️

The rental, the property, and the location are excellent! As an added bonus pets are accepted too. From the very close beach access, to the pool, and the surprise of having a firewarks show on our balcony each night (the weekend nights), therre would be no hssitatin to return or suggest the property to my family and friends!

Very nice codo.

Very updated modern condo - with so much extra equipment provided - coolers, ski masks-etc-. That was very nice extra & not have to transport from home. I did not like the washer/dryer combination though- was too small and took too long to complete cycles. It was very nice & enjoyable - I would return!

My husband and I had a great stay at this condo during our summer vacation. It was my husbands first Texas coast experience and he loved it. Very convenient location so close to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was provided for us at the condo which was great because we liked to eat in as much as we could. I would definitely recommend and come back!

The photos don't do this property justice. It was well equipped, very close to the beach. Having a washer/dryer let us pack light for the trip. The front desk was very friendly at check in, and the owners responded quickly to questions. We had an amazing stay here!

The property is true to location being right on the beach. Check in was super easy. The only real complaint is the garbage disposal had a plastic bag in it and smelled awful. Other than that the condo was clean and kept very cool with the extreme humidity. We had a great time!
