Keittiössä rakastat ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita, astianpesukoneita, säilytystilaa ja koko ryhmääsi istuinten aamiaispalkin ja ruokapöydän välillä. Syö täällä, tai pukeudu ja suunnittele yötä South Padren saarella!

Kun on aika mennä nukkumaan, kaikki kuusi onnekasta vierasta rakastavat kahta makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta tässä tilavassa huoneistossa. Mestari on queen-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, kun taas toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä, joissa on yhdistetty kylpyhuone - suuri lapsille!

Pienet televisiot kussakin näistä huoneista minimoivat argumentteja siitä, mitä katsella, kun taas kylpyhuoneet tarjoavat sinulle runsaasti pyyhkeitä ja tilaa heittää ne uimapuvut päivälle rannalla.

Absolutely LOVED this place
At first, we weren’t too sure about this listing. We didn’t find too many reviews within a recent timeframe. We didn’t receive too much communication, which was a concern at first. However, we couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. The beach truly is a five minute walk from the first step out the door. Access to the beach was super smooth - there’s even free public parking along the access point if you don’t want to walk. We walked together each day to the beach. The whole apartment is super laid back. We did not cook one meal at all, So we were not able to give a solid review on cooking appliances. Outside of our restaurant meals, we snacked at the apartment with the kids. All of the bedding was top-tier. The memory foam pillows were spectacular - we got some of the best sleep in recent memory. Our entire intention, for this trip was to unplugged, realign, and recalibrate. This place made that happen. Almost everything is within a 5 to 8 minute drive. This apartment is in the middle of all of the action, but remaining quiet at the same time. For context, we stayed from Sunday until Wednesday morning So we did not experience the weekend foot/vehicle traffic. This was the perfect time to come for us. Thank you to the host(s) for having us. We intend to be back in the near future!

Summer Stay 2024
My kids and I had a wonderful time staying here. This was our 1st trip to S. Padre. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The TVs in the bedrooms didn’t show any channels which was a big deal since the kids had their own devices however the TV in the living room did. I would stay here again. We had to cut our trip short a day early b/c of Tropical Storm Alberto which bummed us out.

Enjoyed Stay!
Overall, the condo was in a great location close to shops and restaurants. It was very roomy and equipped with the necessities. Only complain was the beds . They were not very comfortable, but that didn’t ruin our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Very Nice Condo, Except...
I spent 2 weeks in the condo and overall it was a good experience except... 1. There was mold in the shower and tub in both bathrooms. 2. The code for the door lock didn't work when I arrived on the first day. I called and was given another code which also did not work. Finally a maintenance person called and gave me a third code which worked for the duration of my stay. 3. The adjoining condos had very loud tenants and two of the units had at least 10 people in them.

Great condo very close to the beach access and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer came in handy. Some recommendations would be two keys, a few more trash bags, and tinfoil or a baking sheet.

We had a good time. It could have been a little cleaner. Also maybe the instructions on how we need to leave things when we check out could be sent with the check in instructions. We didn't have access to email while we were there. Over all it we had a great time.

Loved our stay.
We loved our stay. It was within walking distance of the beach. It was clean with plenty of room. The one issue was the master bedroom being to lit at night to sleep. The outside light is right outside the window. Enjoyed the pool as well.

Small but nice
Great location walking distance from a gas station and restaurants. (Jax's is tasty.) This property would be great for up to 4 kids. The flat screen TVs are all small but there's cable and a movie library. Also have a book exchange shelf, which is nice. Master bed is little - sure felt like a full rather than a queen to us. Kitchen is very compact, but has all the utensils you could need, a blender, a coffee maker, and a toaster oven. Most ppl don't cook on beach vacations, but if you do, you'll need to bring all your own spices/oils/etc. You'll also need coffee and coffee filters. They provide a few days' with shampoo, soap, laundry and dish detergent, paper products, and plenty of towels. Plenty of drawers for storage if you're staying a while. Vacasa was very responsive to my inquiries before going. Lockbock access was easy. Parking is on the end next to the fence, so our one Tahoe was a very tight squeeze on its own; two cars would be tough front to back. Unit was pretty clean and neighbors were lovely. Small but clean shared pool and a big flat area nearby where you could set up folding chairs or let kids kick a ball around. Appreciate that it was pet friendly. Not the fanciest or roomiest place I've ever stayed, but was nicer and cheaper and cleaner than nearby rentals our family had. I'd stay again if the master bed were bigger - my tall husband and I didn't fit! :) The extra twin bunk in the guest room was a life saver.

Property was clean and has what is needed for a family of five. Short walk to beach access. On the west side of 100 -- which is a very busy road, especially on the weekends. Outside hoses to rinse off sand. Pool is in back. Property is close to a Stripes gas station which has coffee and some food and good canned beer selection including some TX craft beers -- no glass allowed on the beach. Traffic to the island can be gridlocked during busy periods on the weekend.

Exceeded expectations
The unit is wonderful and location to beach is amazing. The management company (not managed by the owner), did not return our call for help to get into the unit for 24 hours. It took us a while to figure out where the key to the door is (instructions DO NOT TELL YOU THIS), and we could not remember where the management company had sent us a code to get in (you only get one email telling you this, so if you lose it, your sunk). We will return because othe than accessing the unit, the experience was good. The queen bed is comfortable but the 4 twin bunk mattresses for teenagers is comparable to camping mattresses, so heads up if adults or older teens are sleeping on those (small kids usually don't care).
