The beachfront view at this property is amazing!! We really enjoyed it. Customer service was not too great though. We had issues with our keys a few times, with the hot water and housekeeping service. I think we’ll try a different hotel next time. I do want to take the time to share my feedback with the hotel though to help improve services in the future.

La Copa in was perfect for my stay with my daughter. The pool and hot tub are wonderful, the view is lovely and the breakfast is the best breakfast that I have had included in a stay.

Staff members we're cleaning all the time and the property reflected it. It was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Their included breakfast buffet was exceptional. All the staff were so friendly. Their boardwalk to the beach was well maintained and lighted for night access to the beach.

We stayed at this property in April, and our experience was great. So we returned with my kids and her sister and daughter. We rented three rooms for three nights. Every night, the hotel was loud and sleep was interrupted. Our bathroom door was very wonky, and the kids' patio door was very difficult to open. The chlorine in the pool and hottub was really strong. We asked a few times at the front desk for one of our rooms to be moved due to noise, and was told it would cost an extra $60/night. It wasn't the same experience as it was in April, and we won't be back.

Very clean, but the chemicals in the cleaning supplies they use are far too strong. Hot tub was a decent size and very hot. In room jacuzzi tubs were good, although it took a while to get hot water in both of our rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
