No Property Manager on site Landlord lives 30 - 45 minutes away. Response time to issues 2 days after reported to Landlord. Electrical problems with Unit #3 began mid February Lights blinking, Tv in living area and lights out, outside outlet burnt, circuit breaker kicking and arcing when reset. reported immediately to Landlord who showed up 2 days later. removed burnt outside oulet, taped wires and left. we asked if he was going to check Breaker but he said no. 3 weeks later it started again, flashing lights air conditioner kicked off but kept trying to restart, refrigerator went off as well as TV in living area and stove burners would not heat. again reported immediately. Outside Main Breaker (100 amp) to condo popping, reported to Landlord immediately. Breaker was not tripped, but when we tried to reset it appliances and air conditioner came back on. Landlord said he would come replaced it. He did not. When we had the same propblem the next week, I caled and text Landlord, he did not respond, we packed up and left. Bottom line Unit is not safe and Landlord will not repair.
