Stay was amazing we needed a ground floor room and was given it without a problem!!! Beds were very comfortable large bathrooms and couch in king room was sooo nice!!! All of the employees were extremely friendly will go back for sure!!!

Hotel scam

We got there and turned the tv on for our daughter. I didn’t notice until check out that it had pixels broken but didn’t think much of it as I never had a problem before with appliances. After check out I noticed a bill to my credit card for $600. I called the hotel and they blame me for the broken TV. Staff doesn’t do their job of checking properly and pass the blame unto me so they won’t loose money. Ridiculous. BE WARE of their scams.

We were visiting Arizona and Utah in our Tesla Model Y. We stayed two nights. The room was good and amenities like free EV charging, indoor heated pool and spa was great. Very good breakfast as well. There is nothing to complain. We charged our Tesla the first night but second night we did not get a spot. All the spots were occupied by plug-in hybrid cars. Charging those are nice to have but for full EV cars it is a necessity specially when there is no Tesla supercharger in hurricane.

This was one of the best hotels for the price that I've stayed in. The room was spotless, the elevator worked, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel in Hurricane!
