Property and area was great. Only complaint is that after checking out, we realized that we had left an item in the room. At that point it had been 2 hours since checking out. Returned to the hotel and had the head housekeeper check the lost and found as well as the trash. Unfortunately the item couldn’t be found. Leads me to believe that whoever cleaned our room stole it. Very unfortunate because it really left a bad taste in our mouths from what would have otherwise been a 5 star stay.

Beautiful facility. We actually only slept in room. Barely there. Parking only free in lot once so if you are coming and going not great. Wonderful location. Lovely staff. Musk sort of fragrance permeated throughout and caused me a headache. Too strong. The soaps in room not hypoallergenic either. But Beautiful facility.

Great hotel, but still needs work...
The hotel is beautiful! The beds are comfortable and new. It is a maze of rooms, and often a long walk to your room. The HVAC wasn't working, and we reported it to the front desk, but nothing happened. Hopefully they get it fixed!
