The large sectional sleeper-sofa, flat screen TV, and gas fireplace provide the ideal space for relaxing after a day outdoors. The spacious kitchen features new stainless appliances, knotty alder cabinets, and granite counter tops, as well as every accessory needed to whip up a gourmet meal or quick snack. Four bar seats make eating together as a family easy, and the open living space means you won't miss a minute of the conversation no matter where people choose to sit. In summer, grab a cup of coffee or prop your feet up with a nice glass of wine and enjoy the fresh mountain air on the private deck with partial views of the South Valley and Emerald Mountain.

Sleeping after a long day of activities won't be a problem. There is only 1 parking space for this unit. The building is entered from the parking lot on the sixth floor. There is an elevator at ground level that you may use or you will descend two flights of stairs to access the condo.
