Terrible stay!

Terrible experience! I was charged 3x. Its a very long story to explain. They just love charging me. My daughter and I and our non shedding puppies only stayed 1 night but we got charged 3x. Pet deposit is supposed to be $20 per dog per night. I am just frustrated!

The breakfast was simply nonexistent. Both hot plates they had when we open the lid, There was nothing inside. I went to get coffee and the machine wasn’t working so, basically nothing to eat or drink for breakfast.

We arrived at 7:15 for breakfast and there was little food available. No eggs, no bacon/sausage, no pastries, no coffee, no oatmeal. Eggs were brought out after waiting 5-10 minutes.

A little old but in great shape!

Best Western Plus does it again! This hotel is a little dayed but still in great shape. The room was spacious and the bed was amazing! Its right off I20 so there is road noise but the AC was fantastic and worth the noise!

I came in late in the evening after a long road trip with my two toddlers. They were running around the lobby full of energy after being stuck in the car the past 12 hours and the staff noticed my exhaustion. She upgraded us to a suite and ensured that no one was staying below us to allow my kids to run around the room until they fell asleep and it was really such a blessing. Love good people like that.

Hotel itself isnt that bad probably its best feature they do keep it neat and clean. Breakfast is an absolute joke. French toast was so hard you couldnt even chew it. Coffe was flat disgusting. No onto the room, rooms themselves are decent. The beds about as stiff as a 2x4. Now onto the pool for being 110 degrees outside you would think the water would be like bath water. Lmao ya no that water was cold. Hot tob was decent if you dont mind sitting with bugs of some sort.
