Disable parking used by non-disabled badge holders
I am disabled and elderly my husband and I who is in his 80s arrived three disabled spots outside of the hotel with no disabled badges so we parked and struggle to walk with luggage on entering the hotel. I made one of the staff aware that the disabled spots were used by normal drivers explained I have a double hip replacement and need space to get my legs out the car nobody was interested. Nobody cared about the disabled spots being used. May I make a suggestion you need to put large signs near the disabled bays explaining there will be a penalty to pay if a disabled badge is not shown it would be courteous of your company to do this. I struggled.

Not the best of a Village hotel. The breakfast was terrible and if I knew what it was like before booking it I would’ve gone without. The rooms weren’t very clean as one of our rooms had hair in the basin and the other room looked like someone tried to dust but it was all over the light switch near the bed. Also the carpet just looked like the middle had been hoovered forgetting about around the edges

Stay was ok but not great. The parking was atrocious.disabled but no space to park fur yo selfish Party prople. 2 bsy disability parking bsy at the fronr Eurh 4 vechiles ramded in and not one displaying a blue badge. Breakfadt never hot always luck warm. 2 peopl and one bath towel and one had towel. Why ?
