We reached out for check-in information not long before our stay. The next day, we received a message that we’d been “upgraded” to a different cabin. When we arrived, the location was totally different. We asked the property manager what happened and were told, “She (the original cabin operator) triple-booked her place, so she asked if you could stay here”. The property where we stayed was okay but not what we reserved. It was not walking distance to downtown as the property we reserved was. We drove by the property we reserved at it appeared unoccupied. The property we stayed in had a ladder to an upper loft where the second bed was located. The property we reserved had two beds on the ground floor. The ladder was a bit sketchy for sure. We messaged the property owner of the original property expressing our concerns and received no reply. Be careful with this property.
