It was okay. It is a nice place to stay, but I didn’t like how far was from the lobby, the ice machine was not working and in general it doesn’t feel as part of the hotel, it has a different layout, it is not welcoming.

At first when we arrived we were so happy with the ambiance and feel at the hotel. But it didn’t take much to change our perception soon. Pros: (only few to list) Nice Location Nice reception area Food taste good Cons: Rooms are outside main building. It’s so inconvenient to walk to these rooms in super cold weather. They don’t provide any cleaning, trash pickup , fresh towels, coffee supplies during your stay. You are suppose to call if you need any of these services. And the best of all irony, there is no phone in any of guest rooms. We paid for our breakfast in advance while booking however there is no breakfast buffet. It’s A la-carte, where all item are priced. They say you can only order items worth $15/person, again the irony is there is hardly anything in menu less then $15. One example, one omelette plus a coffee is $18 $3. Staff doesn’t answer you anything, possibly they don’t know or they are trying to win most rude contest. With this price if you want to spoil your holiday time then only you should stay at this place.

I was checking at 10 pm. Rude staff. I requested to add Hilton honors number to my reservation. Check in lady was visibly annoyed and refused to do it. Acted as if it was her money that was being asked for. Hilton property I stayed with rudest staff. I have stayed in Hiltons all over USA. I didn't feel like staying another minute in their lobby. Do not recommend. Last visit i stayed at Marriott. Prefer staying there.
