Uusi listaus! Rentoudu ja uudistaudu Tybeen saarella! Ranta ja Racquet B302 on täysin uusittu ja sisustettu tarjoamaan rauhallisen paikan vieraille. Nauti kauniista näkymistä tämän yhden makuuhuoneen ylimmän kerroksen parvekkeelta, yhden kylpyhuoneen huoneisto Savannahin rannalta ja Racquet Clubista. Sijaitsee vain muutaman askeleen päässä yhteisön uima-altaalta ja Savannah Beachin rannalta ja Racquet Clubista! Katso laivat liukumaan kanavaan tai kävele meren rannalla, jossa voit katsella delfiinejä Savannah-joen rannalla keräämällä merikeltoja.

Avoin huoneisto sisältää kauniin sisustetun viihtyisän oleskelutilan, joka on varustettu vuodesohvalla ja suurella taulu-tv: llä. Valoisa, avoin pohjaratkaisu näyttää parvekkeelta, ja siihen kuuluu olohuone ja keittiö. Keittiö on täysin varustettu ja siinä on kaikki uudet laitteet. Aamiaisbaarissa on kahvilapöytä, johon mahtuu 2 ja 2 paikkaa. Asiakkaat nauttivat myös yksikössä olevasta all-in-one-pesukoneesta ja kuivausrummusta, joka sijaitsee koko kylpyhuoneessa. Rentoudu hiljattain varustetussa makuuhuoneessa, jossa on king-size-vuode ja taulu-tv.

Hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella Tybeen saaren pohjoispäässä suoraan lahdelle, jossa Savannah-joki kohtaa Atlantin valtameren. On ranta, mutta ei aallokko. Katso delfiinien leikkiä ja alukset tulevat satamaan. Great for a weekend getaway
Was just what we needed for a weekend away. Wasn’t expect the bedroom to be right inside the front door and the bathroom was tiny but other than that it was nice and neat and in a great location for waking to the pool, beach and shops.

Loved watching the dolphins.
We were able to watch the dolphins from the balcony and see the beautiful sunset. Easy beach access and close to restaurants. Some of the other guests were not considerate during the night and early morning, but we enjoyed our stay

Great getaway
Loved this stay! Property is north on the island - not in the thick of things but 5-7 minutes from everything. Our stay in April was quiet and we had full access to the pool and the beach. Having an ocean view from our balcony was a bonus.

Summer getaway
Great update condo. My daughter and enjoyed our time away before she leaves for college. We love the small quiet beach where we were able to watch the boats and ships going to and from Savannah.

Perfect size
It was an easy check in and check out process. The condo is small but perfect for 2 people plus it has everything needed ie washer/dryer, kitchen, & appliances. I would stay here again.

Nice Condo for a Couple, but not worth the nightly rate
If I could give this property a 3.5 star rating, I think that would be most appropriate. The beach access was great. The view was awesome. The house was very clean, aside from the fridge that smelled like fish. Also, there are no blinds on the bedroom window, and a bright light right outside, so that was frustrating. In addition, the washer/dryer didn’t work so we were unable to do laundry in the condo. Location of the condo was lovely, easy to get in and out without getting stuck in traffic going through town. Overall, it’s a nice place, but not worth the rate we paid my my opinion.

LOTS OF RULES
This property was ok but there were a lot of rules - most of them were discovered after I had booked. VRBO listing says there is a sofabed but when we got there we didn't have sheets for it so I called and was told that that unit didn't have a sofabed - it certainly did. Then I was told that the mechanism was broken so it couldn't be slept on. We pulled it out and put it back and it was just fine. There seemed to be a nice mattress on it for a sofabed. The view from our balcony of the dolphins at play was wonderful but not much breeze reached us - which that's not the property's fault, just a statement. The entire condo smelled like mildew and by the end of the week my daughter and I both were congested, coughing and sneezing.

Great rehabbed place.
Walking in, the place was just as pictured. Super clean, balcony was perfect spot for morning coffee, reading, sunset glass of wine and dolphin watching. Everything you'd need in the kitchen. Having laundry in unit was really helpful. The only thing that was off, and this is not a huge deal, but the doors in the center of the apartment all opened into one another blocking passage. I'd suggest reversing one of the door swings. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Ocean view condo
The condo was very updated and clean! Loved the decor and balcony with the view of the ocean! The layout of the condo was nice. The only two things I would change were: 1. The window that looks into the hallway had a curtain, but I wish that it had blinds as well, for an extra layer/feeling of privacy. 2. In order to get the gate pass you had to go to the rental office. Almost a mile down the road. I didn’t have a vehicle with me so this was very inconvenient. I’m wondering if in the future these could have been kept in the lock boxes outside of the gate for convince of the guest. I would definitely stay again!

Tybee Rentals was a perfect host. Communication was good. We could walk to the beach, Tybee Light, Huc-a-poo's & TyBean for morning coffee and it was close to South Beach when we wanted that busy-ness. Ideal location and clean!

A Refreshing Reset
This property was better than described. The attention to detail and cleanliness made it feel just like home. We enjoyed the playful, eye-catching decore. The view of the bay was wonderful. It was nice and quiet. The bed, though loud, was quite comfortable. My only critique is of the balcony. The wood is warped, making you feel unsteady when we went to eat breakfast out there. The electrical outlet sparked when we plugged in our speaker, and the rubber sealer on the screen door was sticking out and poked you as you passed through the doorway. Again, minor things compared to the beauty and comfort we experienced. You helped to make our 5th-anniversary getaway very special. Thanks!
