Absolutely disgustingly filthy rooms. Dirty bar of soap and pubic hair all over the bathroom. The room smelled horrible. Looked as if room hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Only clean thing was our sheets. Toothpaste all over mirror & wall. Lighting was so dim. Others were at the desk complaining about the dirty rooms and the dirty sheets on their bed. Door didn’t lock properly. Don’t recommend and we will NEVER stay there again. Staff at desk had a rude attitude and breakfast was way below average

I had a confirmed room, but the hotel had none because the rooms under renovation were not removed from sale. Numbskulls don’t know how to use their computer system. And blamed it on hotels.com!

Take the Best out of Best Western for this hotel
Our first night the initial room was dirty. Asked for another room and was accommodated. Second room was cleaner but plumbing an issue. Sink would not drain which I fixed and toilet was not secured. Overall the second room was better. We actually requested the same room for our return trip.

Was good enough for one night stay. Clean and quiet. Location is convenient. Have restaurant and gas station on same street. Breakfast was adequate ie waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, grits. Great coffee! Would stay again.

Ainsley (spelling?) at front desk was absolutely lovely and so congenial while being very efficient. Breakfast area bright and welcoming with nice selection of food. Lobby decorated for Christmas and have to say as a plant lover, I appreciated the variety of “houseplants” adorning the area! Room clean and spacious, convenient with all the amenities (coffee maker, hairdryer, mini fridge, microwave) and close to dining. Would definitely stay again next time through..

Lobby was closed and locked despite signs saying it would be closed a 1/2 hr later. Receptionist didn't seem to know how to give directions to the room I was given. Blow dryer did not work in room. Had to go outside in 30° weather with wet hair!

The location is good and the room in pretty good shape. The electrical sockets in the bathroom were not working properly - seemed loose and cords would not stay in.

Don't stay here!
The room is very very dated. The carpet was disgusting. Torn and worn and did not look clean. TV did not work. Called the front desk and he said he would come and check it out but never did.
