Called the day before for airport Shuttle from airport and was advised to call upon arrival. Call Sunday upon arrival to be informed the airport Shuttle was only available Monday to Friday. I had to take an Uber....where is my refund. Inconvenience.

I wasn't happy with the evening front desk staff. I pre check in online and everything was fine. I called the front desk about 1445 hrs and spoken to a lady explaining that I wouldn't be able to be until late so I ask the if they can give the key to my guest which I supply to lady with the full name of my guest. The lady confirmed the name and noted to the reservation. The evening front desk person refused to give the key to my guest. I called the desk person which was a female I didn't get her name, but I explained the whole situations she still refuse to give the key. My guest told that she didn't bother to check anything around the front desk and refuse to give the key until person on the reservation appears personally. This made me so upset I had to leave work early to get the key meantime my guest which travel from Orlando had to wait outside until I got there. This was very inconvenient to me which cost me time from work and embarrassment to my guest. I want some of compensation for this inconvenient I experienced.

I booked this hotel close to the airport because it had shuttle service. Unfortunately the shuttle service to and from airport did not operate around our flight times. Hotel dated.

The rooms have not been upgraded in a while and things look and feel like patchwork at best. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was about the slowest I've seen in many, many years.

This was a great place to stay for one night. The staff is super nice. The shuttle bus to the airport was great. The place is clean. It needs a facelift. It is getting a bit shabby. They need better coffee machines in the rooms. But I felt safe and I would stay there again.
