Hiking paths, bike trails and the Ski bus pick up for the mountain is only steps away from the front door. Comes fully furnished, AC coverage is for livingroom/Kitchen area.

If using BBQ, please turn off propane after use and once cool place cover back on BBQ
AC is manual below window in main living room, turn on with the button in red. All electric heaters have separate wall thermostat's in each room.
Fireplace switch is on main thermostat in kitchen, turn to heat adjust temp accordingly. This does not control AC unit.
