The alarm clock was set to daylight saving time. Hotel staff was required to reset it. The toilet paper holder was broken. I reported both to the front desk as I checked out.

Ok for a Night
Seems to be on the decline from a previous stay a few years ago. Upkeep seems to be patchwork vs proper repairs. No complimentary lotions or soaps anymore. Nice but non-professional concierge, employees smoking on bench directly in front of hotel, sketchy looking guests (barefoot couple with grocery bags for luggage checking in, an old guy in pajamas & slippers midday walking up from sidewalk. (There are rehab & recovery businesses across street, which hotel can’t do anything about but does result in foot traffic around it as a result.) Not a bad location or hotel overall but isn’t where we’ll stay for more than a night again.

Set piece for a holiday inn express. Breakfast okay. Room was clean and comfortable. Not too far from centre of Wilmington, however not much in the way of food outlets locally unless you wanted fast food, to take away.

Staff at front desk was unfriendly except one gentleman That was at desk in mornings he would greet guest. Hotel was clean but OLD AND DATED Breakfast was good ladies that worked at breakfast they were friendly
