Tämä valoisa ja tilava yksikkö on vasta kunnostettu. Se nukkuu viisi ja siinä on mukava uusi king-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa. Perhehuoneessa on uusi vuodesohva, jossa mahtuu kaksi, ja kahden hengen kokoinen kokoontaitettava sänky lapselle tai teini-ikäiselle.

Kostutinpari pitää sinut mukavana myös talven kuivuimpana päivänä. Uusi 50-tuumainen SMART-televisio on varustettu äänipalkilla ja subwooferilla, joiden kautta voit toistaa musiikkia television sovellusten tai oman Bluetooth-laitteen avulla. Minikeittiössä on myös keskikokoinen uuni, joka kykenee keittämään melkein mitä tahansa. Yksikkö on mukavuuskannella, joten voit kävellä suoraan porealtaalle ja kaasugrilleille. Siinä on oma terassi, ilmainen WiFi, kaasutakka, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, graniittiset työtasot ja iso kylpyhuone, jossa erillinen suihku ja suuri kylpyamme. condo in winter park village
The condo was as pictured and very clean. It's a short walk to the base of the gondola so you can't beat that. The kitchen is somewhat stocked. It has all the utensils and pots/pans, but not much as far as spices/ingredient basics (only had salt/pepper). There was no oil, so we spent a ridiculous amount at the Mercantile in the village for a mini Crisco (!!!). We didn't want to drive all the way to Safeway in Fraser. Just be sure to bring all your cooking ingredients if you will be cooking. TVs worked fine, had Netflix, Disney , etc... it was nice they provided humidifiers as well. Unit included a ski locker on the first floor which was convenient. Garage parking is available for an additional fee, but it's a discounted rate for guests. The only bummer was that the hot tub was under construction. When this gets fixed it will be perfect because the unit is on the 3rd floor and the patio has direct access to the hot tub level. We had a great stay and would come back. Thanks Charlotte for a great stay!

Hudson’s trip
Finding the parking garage was easy. Finding where to park in the garage and which building wasn’t. The hot tub was hot but the jets didn’t work. According to the security guard they haven’t worked in years. Very close walk to the gondola. Getting the tv to work even with instructions was trying at times.

Amazing Location
Location is everything here! Steps away from everything— the gondola, the hot tub, everything. Life is so much better when you can walk to the lifts instead of waiting for the shuttle. Check in was easy, the unit is as pictured. The bed was comfortable, and the humidifiers were much appreciated! The dry Colorado air was really getting to us, even during a storm, and those humidifiers were life savers. Also had no challenges with parking, just kind of have to move the QR code around to get it to scan after a second. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend.

Fantastic location. Super clean. Comfortable. Loved the Keurig machine and the Seventh Generation dish soap. Great TV set up and great instructions for everything. Loved the large bathtub. Spacious. And hot tub is just outside the backdoor of the condo. Loved it!

Unexpected Condo Change
We booked this condo for a second year in a row, however, upon arrival we noticed the hot tub at the Fraser Crossing complex was closed. Property Management was very responsive and empathetic to the situation. They offered us an upgraded condo in the Founders Pointe complex for the same price (#4463). This change in condos helped us in having a more memorable trip!

Great experience!!
We needed a home base during my art show, and this was perfect! They have a folder of info - including good places to eat nearby. There were plenty of blankets for the extra beds, dishes, oven, even a crockpot and sled! It was in August, so we didn't use that last one, but it was a nice touch. The price was great for what it was! It was clean and had lots of natural light. They even have a bidet, which was a new experience for my kids 😂 The only issue we had was with the parking garage, because the QR code only worked half the time. There was a help button though, and they were always prompt in opening the door. The hot tub also wasn't open, which was sad.

Excellent base location
Family of 4 with a boy and a girl, we needed the extra cot for sleeping, and this fit our needs. Easy to get to the slopes and the Village shops and restaurants. You just walk right across the road. Especially nice to have the hot tub right outside the patio and great in the snow to have a parking garage.

a) it wasn't really clear when I booked how close it is. It wasn't until I backed into a map of Winter Park on Google Maps did I realize its only about 100 yards from the gondola entrance. b) the condo was great. I spoke to Charlotte once and emailed with the admin team a few times. all was perfect. c) there's a premier Toto toilet.....so that's great too if you're into that stuff. d) TVs and internet were amazing. e) If I had to pick a downside or provide a warning - I think the open -up sofa bed is a full size one. I have small kids so it was okay but it probably would be a rough night for two teenagers. Exceptional place. I don't remember what we paid, but I still feel like we got our money's worth.

Early Season Ski Trip
The condo was true to everything stated in the description. It’s close to the lifts, hot tub out the back door, a well stocked kitchen for cooking and it’s clean. We also were able to check in early by an hour. The only drawback we found was that the entry way door is not well sealed at the bottom, thus you can hear and smell most things happening in the hallway.
