"We stayed for two nights on a business trip. The location is great! The room was quite spacious but worn. Airconditionong was very loud and did not seem to be heating at all. You could hear the noise from the street very clearly so we had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones. The staff seemed frustrated in general and did not even wish us a good day when we left or ask how our stay was. We ender up changing hotels for our remaining 3 nights and it was definitely worth it."

"Great hotel! The rooms are small, but very fresh! The bed, blanket and pillows are very comfortable and fresh. The hotel's location is good, the subways are nearby, central park is also within walking distance. The cafe downstairs is absolutely wonderful, very good coffee and delicious breakfast. We were just a short walk away from the subway, which made getting around the city super convenient. Central Park is also close by, which meant plenty of green space for the kids to run around. Plus, there are tons of great local spots for coffee, groceries, and dining, so we always had options. The staff at Hotel Beacon were genuinely friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and were great with our kids, which made the stay even more comfortable. We felt welcomed from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. Overall, Hotel Beacon gave us a great base to explore NYC, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend it, especially for families!"
