There was a severe leak from our sink trap—not just a small drip, but a continuous pour. We immediately informed the front desk, but they said no one was available to fix it that day and offered us a bucket instead. The next day, no one showed up to resolve the issue. We had to empty the bucket every time we used the sink. When we were checking out, the front desk asked if we had any problems. We explained, “We had to keep emptying a bucket to use the sink because no one came to fix it.” Their response? A simple “Sorry.” Absolutely unacceptable service. This was our second stay here, and it will definitely be our last.

Not very clean or comfortable

The room was very dusty, I couldn't stop sneezing. The iron leaked orange fluid all over the pants I was ironing and stained them. The staff was nice but I will not be staying here again.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service , daytime and night-time staff all appeared miserable being there, no explanation on why check-in took this long and the lady mumbled talking to us. Guessed the system was down, no eye-contact, no apology, will not come back again.
