Tag on fees
Things were pretty good. Got charged an incidental fee and have yet to see that returned. Asked at the desk and they said Expedia would do that but they took the fee at the desk when we checked in. Don't know why the online service should have anything to do with it. Figure we're out about $30.

Room clean and comfortable. Bedding clean and crisp. Bathroom spotless. Outdoor trash can overflowing. Parking was tight. No truck parking causing trucks to take too many spaces. Breakfast was basic. Staff very friendly.

We had a miserably warm night. Had AC all the way down to 65 degrees and still slept without a cover. Could not get comfortable. Perfect for cold natured person. When reported at checkout there were no words of apology for our inconvenience. Otherwise room was acceptable, nothing special.

Old. Rust in bath. Some sharp object in rug. I think room next doors clock radio was left on. Water undrinkable. Biggest miss was at check in. They gave me many excuses why i couldnt get certain room locations. Said hotel was booked. Max of ten cars in the lot late into the night. No way is this a 8.6. They must cheat in some way. A brand new CI is rarely a 8.6

We were disappointed in our stay. We have stayed here for years. The receptionist was courteous but not friendly. Breakfast was minimal and cool. In the bathroom the mouthwash was half empty, no shampoo. It at one time was superior, but not this time. Very disappointing!

The shower didn’t work and I walked up on the assistant manager talking to the laundry personnel discussing what to tell me. We were provided with a full refund. The assistant manager would not provide us with the corporate number although I found it online.

Pool was green and cloudy. Jacuzzi was clean and clear. There was evidence of water damage and facility was run down. Not worth the price!

Conveniently located. Floors were dirty. Room carpet was filthy. Night clerk announced my room number to the entire floor When handing me my key. Hotel was only 1/4 full and they gave me a ground floor handicapped accessible room, which I did not request which means all the amenities were inconveniently located at 2 feet off the ground and the shower water got everywhere.

What a great place to stay. This is our 2nd time at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Had a good night sleep. It was nice and cool, very peaceful and quiet. The morning breakfast was really good. We will definitely be going back there for a 3rd stay!
