Not told upon arrival in 110 degree heat that the pool was closed. In town with college move in and needed a place to relax and pass the time. Very disappointed. Outside of hotel was dingy and dirty. Several stray cats were being fed and cat food was left on concrete. Rooms were clean and cool.

This property is fine. Building is dated but clean. Great hot water and water pressure. Pool was closed for repair which was a little disappointing given the 100 degree temps. This location has a bar and bistro but I did not see anyone there most of the time.

The hotel was clean and felt safe even though there were many signs outside that posted that they were not responsible for belongings in a vehicle. I wish that they offered breakfast accomodations

We had two dogs with us and we got zero hassle from staff about them. This is considered a pet-friendly hotel and they live up to that statement. Their rooms were also very nice.

We had to change rooms as the mattress sounded like a trash compactor when sitting on bed or laying down. No TV. No pool. We were changed to another room and the balcony was covered with pigeon POOP! Disgusting and health hazard. Also a nest in the corner of balcony with 2 eggs. Again no TV. No pool. Front desk was called and they said "yeah, we have had a problem with birds. We should have never been assigned to that room with the balcony like that. So we weren't able to enjoy sitting on balcony in the evening. The staff were kind but offered no solution. The Housekeeping staff we had were very courteous and willing to help with the change of our room. All staff were friendly but that didn't make up for the condition of the balcony.

Property outside is run down looking with nothing special to note. The windows are filthy so you can’t see out of them not that there is any view. The pool was slime green.

Disappointing

The tv was broken, would only work half the time. First we were out in the wrong room so had to move at midnight. The pull out bed was hardly even sleepable. The balcony was covered in bird poop so not able to even go out. The pool was closed.
