The atmosphere was great and the price was good but there were multiple fixtures in the hotel room which were broken and the smell of pot in the non smoking section was pretty strong.

The pool was great it was nice and warm. Sebastian was a great help and good front desk clerk. Would stay here again this is my third time here. There really needs to be more towels in the pool area there was none on both days. The breakfast completely sucked it is not the same as last time 😢

The hotel wasn't the problem. You were with your abysmal customer service. You basically told me to get bent when i needed your assistance. All i needed was your crappy website to accept more than one gift card which it wouldnt allow. And when i called to ask if one of your reps could combine BOTH of the $100 Hotel.com gift cards i had your company didnt give your rep the ability to do so. Bar none it was the absolute WORST booking experience ive ever had times a million. Do better please and have a nice day.

Unusual indoor/outdoor pool, where I could swim outside in October with 65 degree weather. Pool very warm which a lot of main stream hotels are afraid to turn up the heat. Was in pool for an hour. Clean rooms comfortable beds, friendly staff. I will be coming back for a weekend getaway?

The staff was extremely nice and the breakfast bar has been the best I’ve seen thus far. However, the keycards worked only after trying 5 times to get it to work and the beds were only comfortable for about one night.
