Great mid-century vintage hotel. Beautiful southwestern motifs decorate the buildings. Clean room with comfortable bed. There is also a small gift shop in the lobby with jewelry and clothing, including Pendleton items such as blankets and purses. The breakfast includes food items and also selections that cost an additional charge. The best part is the breakfast is served to you at your table. Very attentive and helpful servers and workers. All in all it is a great hotel conveniently located to stores and restaurants. We were there for the annual open house at the famous Trinity site and it was about a five minute ride to get to the New Mexico Museum of Missiles and Space, from where we took the tour. We will be back at this property should be in the area again.

I don’t understand why this property had such good reviews. The woman at the check in desk was very rude. No soap was provided for the sink. The carpet and the chair were stained. There were dead bugs in the light fixture and hair on the floor in the bathroom. However, the bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Once again, I believe, the front desk sees that we booked through Hotels.com and gave us a terrible room location. This time the closest room to the freeway. Very, very noisy. This has been a pattern for the last year when booking through you. Quite disappointed.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay
The included breakfast options were very good. The location is incredibly convenient to White Sands National Park, the Space History Museum, and other attractions in the area. The hotel is being remodeled so all of the rooms are updated and comfortable.
