The staff was friendly and responsive to needs and questions. The room was nicely decorated and you could park at your room door. When I arrived, the toilet seat was was dirty with visible marks. The staff quickly cleaned the the toilet. The comforter was stained and also had visible "stuff" smeared on it. It definitely needed to be washed. I would stay there again if it were cleaner.

The only thing I did not like was that I could not prepay for the room. The payment was taken once I arrived and that was unexpected.

Special handwritten instructions on how to flush the toilet the bathroom sink would not drain unless you pump the plunger a few times the reclining chair did not have a handle to make it recline
