Good hotel in general, just didn’t like that the ice dispenser was out of order, and there was no fridge in the room. However, the staff always provided ice when we asked for it.

Good hotel, small family rooms.
Everything was great. Staff were helpful, breakfast had a good choice, room was clean. Only issue is the rooms are very small for a family room as the sofa turns into the 3rd/4th bed and leaves no remaining floor space. Not enough clothes hanging space, only enough for one or two people, not a family of four.

We stayed for one night before our trip to Barcelona. It was a great hotel with airport and a mall (3 minutes walking distance) with lots of options nearby. However, we had a minor issue with the toilet not flushing properly. It did with multiple attempts though! Other than this it was a great stay with good and plentiful breakfast!

Holiday Inn Express Valencia - Bonaire. The location was prime. It's right next to the Bonaire Shopping Center, and makes it easy for travelers as they have an Alcampo right there. The front desk staff at this hotel was really friendly and helpful. She also proactively gave me some recommendations for things to do in Valencia. The rooms were clean, but the only problem was the AC temperatures are set very high and would not go lower and it was very hot. Struggled to get a good night’s sleep. In spite of complaining and asking the front desk no one really cared to come and help out and said 18 degrees Celsius is the lowest it goes. Evenings and nights felt so muggy and like a oven inside the room. Had good options for breakfast and was conveniently located and spacious. Good pastries and fruits and coffee was made available. If you are going around in your own car, then its bit of a nuisance to get in and out of the hotel as the exit from the highway is basically closed off and it takes extra time to go around a lot of buildings to get in and out of this place.
