Overall a great stay! Staff was very friendly; and although pricey, the restaurant food was good with large servings! The hotel is situated right off the highway, so depending on where your room is, you might hear some traffic noise.

Room was large and nicely furnished. Reception area was stylish. My first assigned room was not cleaned; the bed was unmade and towels were on the bathroom floor. The room HVAC units are dated and, hence, a bit noisy. The room had great shades though.

We were watching NASCAR RACE , The Daytona 500, On Saturday in the hotel. And it kept getting scrambled. We missed the end of the race as the cable went out completely. It was very disappointing. Also we did not have our cell phones to watch the replay. We just wanted you to be aware so this foesnt happen in the future to anothet customer.

Honest Recent Review

Visited 08/08/24 - 08/11/24. Staff was friendly, and professional. Common area was clean and presentable. Room was presentable at first glance. Bathroom was cleaned, but hair overlooked in shower from previous guest, which was disappointing. HVAC thermostat kept resetting while gone which made room uncomfortable upon arrival. Toilet started to become inoperable due to faulty flush assembly.

States to nights for a local music competition. Usually stay here but this year was disappointing. Room was not clean, room we reserved weeks in advance was not available (a king versus double beds) and our room was not serviced or refreshed our entire stay. The soap bottles were empty in the shower.

Moldy Odor

The first assigned room on the bottom floor had a musty, mildew odor. We were moved to the third floor, which was better. Mattress a little worn and creaky.
