We had a roach and other bugs in our room. There was no coffee pot in the room, and the sheets had stains. The breakfast was very limited.

The hallway carpets smell really bad and the upper floor smells of dog urine and poop. The air conditioners gives off a bad odor and leak water when it rains, my floor I had to put my room towels down and when I told the front desk and housekeepers all they did was wipe down the air conditioner, smh.

We had to change rooms due to an issue with the one we were in and the one we was put in had nats or fruit flys so many everywhere, disgusting and when told they stated they would check and never did or resolved our issue but we paid our hard earned money. Sad people and place and very rude.

The room service do half jobs and give you dingy and dirty towels and blankets. The staff is rude too especially when you’re explaining to them something wrong or something you don’t like.

We’ll go to check in I get hit with a $100 deposit Then I get to my room no hdmi cable hooked to the tv had someone come up they said they would take care of it I said ok get it straight and I’m going to get food get back still no tv The water in the pool looked horrible

Close to Dorney Park was the only positive about our experience. This hotel was dirty and smelled like bleach covering up a moldy smell in the bathroom. Photos on site and reality are very different. Suggesting any other hotel in the area if you are going to the park.

We booked this because it was pet friendly which was the only positive. It was the worse hotel we ever stayed in. Dirty, smelly, etc. While it had breakfast, we chose not to eat there. Saw waffles in an open freezer for hours. Chose another hotel. This was gross

Musty smell and cigarette smoke smell. Pool was nasty. Hot tub didnt work. Bathtub drain stop doesnt work. Was loud in the hallway half the night. Air conditioning didnt work right. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!
