I reserved 2 nights for 2 persons with a king size bed and I was given 2 double beds. The room was filthy and the bathtub was disgusting. A hotel staff open the room door on my check out morning at 7am to say i didn’t pay for that night. I was in bed naked with my boyfriend. I showed proof that I paid for 2 nights. Then another staff came banging on the door saying the same thing. This was privacy invasion and that is very rude and unprofessional. This hotel should be shut down permanently.

As someone who had a very poor experience my first time here, I decided to give this hotel another chance. The convenience of location and price is too nice to pass up. And I'm genuinely thrilled that I gave Red Roof Inn another chance. My complaints from before were nonexistent this time around, excluding the dirty floors. (I don't recommend walking around barefoot in your room.) My only other complaint from this experience, which wasn't an issue last time, was that there was no HDMI port on the TV for my partner and I to hook up our Nintendo switch. There is no smart TV available, only cable guide options. I have realized that I am simply going to start bringing my own pillows when I stay at a hotel bc of course the pillows are going to be thin & cheap, you can't complain about that. Lastly, while I was in the lobby (the man at the front desk was very kind), I saw a sign that said pet friendly. From glancing, it seemed to say first pet free and second pet $50. I was unaware of this but thrilled knowing I can bring my cats now and possibly stay longer next time. Will certainly be choosing the Red Roof Inn again if I am back in the area!!

Horrible. Worst stay of my life probably. Dirty blankets, flies everywhere, and AC didn’t work. Room next door had a dog that kept barking all night while the occupants were loudly moaning. This place is a crime against humanity.

This hotel was not great at all. Our tub was filthy, couldn’t walk around in your own room without turning your feet black with dirt. Not to mention, some homeless person knocking on the door at 3am. They leave the vacant room doors open for some reason. Just overall felt unsafe. Room also had cockroaches. Safe to say we left early.

Smoke smell
Room was non smoking. Reeked of smoke and pot. Bed had black dirt on the sheets. Wall molding and lamps were rusted out and stained. Room booking showed fridge and microwave. None present in the room. Ac cover vent was missing. All for a low budget room with the bare minimums (what I expected) but the smell was the worst. Will never go back
