Excellent property.. Clean, quiet, and outstanding staff at front desk and in dining area . Nice breakfast choices and lovely breakfast set-up that is kept well stocked . This will be our place to stay whenever in the area.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Conveniently located to Wind Creek Event Center. Hot breakfast with every thing you could want. I have never been to a serve yourself breakfast with cheese omlets. Waffle maker, eggs, 3 types of sausage and many more. King size bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Definitely will come again.

I don't know what others with lower ratings were about. Service was very courteous, my room was updated and clean, breakfast was good and plentiful and the price was very affordable. Highest ranking!

This has. Become my go-to place in the area. I’m in the area weekly and I’ve stayed at many others that cost $25 to $50 more per night and they all weren’t perfect and overall, The View has started to differentiate itself for the better. I’ve stayed at places that cost less but they weren’t nearly as quiet, clean, and comfortable (overall). The manager here takes her job seriously and is clearly committed to making improvements.. The woman who typically works at the desk at night when I check in between 6 and 8:30, is not only professional, efficient, helpful and polite, but is also a joy to talk to. Always has a smile on her face.

I stay at this hotel periodically and have to say, the management has made significant improvements. The front desk staff is consistently good and check in is fast. I also stay at other hotels but of all the places, this is the only one that offers a full and diverse breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, Belgian waffles, fruit, muffins, juices. Most places that offer breakfast don’t specify that breakfast means muffins and cereal and pretty much nothing else…and those places cost more. They also have a person standing in dining room helping people and ensuring it remains stocked. Dislikes: This time, a guy, I think from maintenance because he doesn’t work at the front desk, hugged the girl in the dining room which seemed unprofessional and innapropriate. My guess, based on the look on the girls face, is that it made her uncomfortable. The quality of the RMD is inconsistent. They have remodeled a lot of the rooms, if not all of the rooms; but some still smell musty or the heater/air conditioner doesn’t keep the room a consistent temperature. The front desk staff will change you to another room if your first room smells musty (as long as you haven’t used the bed, etc.). However, sometimes better rooms are unavailable. Overall though, they have made great strides and are well worth the stay considering the low cost.

The property was very quiet, the staff was friendly, and the room was sufficient with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had some stains on the tub and its kind of small but it worked fine for us. The $150 incidental deposit was a bit excessive in my opinion but there was a sign at the front desk and I knew about it before arriving.
