I had originally booked 2 night stay. My work ended sooner than anticipated and I needed to leave. The hotel Manager refused to refund 1 night stay as it was past the checkout time. I will never stay here again and will ensure anyone else I know going to Alliance is aware

The only reason I would not rate this hotel a 5 star is because the pool was too cold to actually swim In. The hot tub was awesome though. Also, only one of the two elevators were in service and it felt like eternity to get floor to floor. Other than that the breakfast was great and the hotel was super clean.

We were exhausted after a day of driving. Front desk, Nate, got us quickly checked in. Room looked like it was remodeled, towels a little rough but clean. Breakfast was simple but good and up to expectations,

I had a king suite which was very clean and tidy. The layout was spacious and included updated decor. The only thing I didn’t like in the room was the comfort of the bed. I didn’t sleep well and woke up with a sore back. One other negative was the pool/jacuzzi area. The pool had visible dirt at the bottom which needed to be vacuumed and the jacuzzi was covered in an algae like stain.

Lots of dissatisfaction

Snack and drinks were expensive - broken elevator and very slow/long wait. Broken breakfast drink machines. Very cold pool. Floors made your socks black. AC in rooms took forever to cool down. Put us on the top floor with 2 young kids.
