The hotel was very clean. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast food was the usual breakfast hotel food such as eggs, waffles, cereal, sausage, bagels, bread, yogurt and condiments. Mercedes, the manager, was superb.

Checked in on line, the night before with expected arrival indicated at 3:00. My room was not ready till 4:10 My son's family's room was missing night stand lamp shade and the other lamp had shade but no light bulb. This was pointed out to the front desk, but was never addressed by them during our 2 day stay. I guess it was not important to them. Otherwise the breakfast, pool, and facilities were very good.

1 Night stay with my husband, fast service, friendly staff. Room was as expected, except water would sleep under shower glass doors. The thermostat took a minute to figure out. Breakfast was ok, bread was stale.

This hotel was what we were looking for while staying in Altoona. It is close to PennState Altoona Campus so it was very easy to move around. Plus staff was very helpful. The only thing a would recomend it to have a water filter available to easily fill up our water bottles.

Great Stay!

Our favorite place to stay in Altoona. Always clean, updated, comfortable and quiet. It was very nice to see the bar in the lobby open again, really enjoyed it!

I was in town for a business engagement. It was a standard hotel experience. I did accidentally blow a fuse in the morning with the blow dryer. I told the front desk about it on my way out, and it was fixed by the afternoon with no issues. Would stay here again.
