The staff members at the hotel were excellent - very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very small and there is an elevator, but it goes to a limited number of rooms, so there are stairs. The location is excellent - close (walking distance) to the Central Station and many restaurants and interesting places to see.

The staff was very friendly. There is a lot of noise if your room is on the street side. You need ear plugs in order to get a good night sleep.

This hotel is very close to central station so great for travel It was also close to canal tours, food and entertainment. The staff was friendly and i felt safe. The room was very small and i think the one negative is not enough lighting and also only like 2 power sockets other than that no complaints. I also had breakfast vouchers for the pancake house next door and it was delicious

Location is okay. However the rooms are dirty, there is minimal to no ventilation, window only opened a little bit. No fans in the showers and they smell like mould. Air conditioning system also smelt like mould. Walls along the bed were also dirty, looked like someone had wiped their bobbers on the wall. Not worth the money.

It was OK… very very tiny room. Not as advertised, it seemed like a standard room in posting. If not for the excessive price on the night I stayed it would be an acceptable room, but worth no more than 100euro/night. Staff were friendly and checkin was fast

Extremely small rooms and very difficult, even dangerous stairs to get to some rooms(ladder-like). Poorly lit hallways with dangerous, unmarked step downs. Many homeless in the area.
