The only bad thing about this property is most of the lights in the rooms are on motion sensors and go out after 2 minutes, it made it rather annoying constantly walking into a dark room. For the price they charge I thought this was an unnecessary inconvenience!!!

Dog food

This felt more like a pet hotel than anything. We have no issues with hotels that allow pets as we’ve stayed at many. However, the amount of dog food we found in the hallways and in both of our rooms were a bit much. The first room we checked into had dog hair in the bathtub and the toilet did not work. We were easily moved into the next room where there was dog food all over the floor. The front desk was nice and have no complaints. They charged me $100 for incidentals which i never received back. I don’t think we would stay here again.

Sonesta ES Suites-Andover, MA

Stay was hood but only one issue. Pull out couch had stains and crumbs under the cushions. We planned on using the sleeper sofa for sleep but were grossed out when seeing the stains and crumbs. Also, this is our third time staying here. The room does not have sheets and pillow for use with the sleeper sofa bed. We has to go to the front desk to ask for these items. Also, ice maker in freezer did not work.
