We arrived after a long 18 hour drive and settled into our room. Kids come running out saying there are bugs in their bathroom. I immediately alert the front desk that said it would be cleaned the next day (we opted not to move due to having so much, 3 kids, and it was a long day) because they do not have on site cleaners. We were gone the entire next day and came back to the same situation. Complained again, it was noted to be done the next morning, before leaving for the day we even verified it would be handled, and surprise surprise it was not. With 1 night left and no on site cleaners we dealt with bugs and terrible customer service. I do not recommend this property.

Comfortable Stay
The majority of our stay was well, besides one instance when coming back on the second to last day with our door still propped open from housekeeping that morning. Thankfully all our belongings were still in place. Also, room service was a bit tricky, we checked in and were told service will be provided on day three but we had to ask to for service on the fourth day, which wasn’t provided until the 5th when complained. First time being on the east coast and happy to say the front desk hospitality was great and stay was comfortable. Will definitely consider staying again when we come back!
