The light-filled living space is full of elegant wainscoting, beautiful built-ins, and customized finishes, from the stainless steel appliances and the intricate tile backsplash in the kitchen to the natural wood beams in the tray ceilings. You can walk home from the beach in a few minutes' time to rinse off in the outdoor shower, unwind beneath the trellis on the tropical patio. Back inside, plush living room furnishings, a dedicated TV room, and three serene bedrooms await for your evening entertainment.

This peaceful home is located near the northwestern tip of Anna Maria Island, with an access point to the white sand beach around the corner on Seagrape Lane. You can spend your days swimming, kayaking, and sunbathing before heading up to neighboring Bean Point for a gorgeous walk at sunset. Pine Avenue, which marks the center of Anna Maria and is lined with a selection of cafes, eateries, and shops, is three-quarters of a mile southeast, while the iconic Anna Maria City Pier is one mile east facing Tampa Bay.

Gorgeous Property!
Zen Beach Cottage exceeded our exceptions in every way! From the tasteful decor, the cozy and serene property, to the quiet neighborhood, our visit to beautiful Anna Maria was enhanced by this gorgeous property.We especially enjoyed the abundant light and short walk to the beach access path. The host was quick to respond to any questions and comments. Our only request is an upgrade on the mattresses, they squeak and creak upon any movement. Also, the 3rd bedroom/den shows a futon while its actually sleeper sofa. My 10yo didn't mind too much because he is very light, but a larger kid or adult would have a very uncomfortable time using that as a bed. Overall we had a lovely time and will definitely be staying at Zen Beach Cottage again,

Perfect location!
This AMI cottage could not be more perfectly located - quiet north end of the island, across the street from beach access, walkable to restaurants. We never got in our car, going to and from the beach with a toddler and infant was easy, and walking to lunch every day was pleasant. The beach access doesn’t have any parking for it, which limits access and keeps that section quieter. The house itself is beautifully updated. Great open airy kitchen and main living space. Clean and tasteful bedrooms and bathrooms. One queen bed is soft, one is more stiff, so you have options if you are picky there. Backyard has an outdoor shower - critical for family beach goers. We barely used the indoor showers with kids! Washer and dryer are newer and super. There’s even a stash of boogie boards and beach toys stored outside - don’t need to buy your own. I admit I was a bit nervous booking when there were not any reviews of this place and I didn’t get a response from management to my questions prior to booking, but I’m so glad I did book this property. Would 100% recommend.
