Dirty Floors 😒
Front desk upon arrival was pleasant, the rooms, beds and description was as advertised ❤️. The breakfast was delicious with a variety to choose from which works well for my family with different preferences,🥰. My only gripe are the dirty floors, I loved no carpets with that nasty carpet lingering smell but the floors should be mopped after every visit. They were vacuumed but dirty, ugh!. We booked the king and two queen beds suite. I will stay at a Best Western again otherwise.

Breakfast hot plates were off so all food was cold and soggy. Room next to us was partying all night until they started screaming and fighting with each other at 3:30. Staff did nothing

Someone walked into our room while we were changing and getting ready to leave even though we had a do not disturb sign up. There was no water they told us it was bc of the city but then as soon as we went back to the room it was back on. The staff were extremely rude, there was a crackhead sitting outside being very shady. We asked for a do not disturb sign on our door and they said there was a magnet but we check again and there wasn’t one so we told them again there was not one but they got an attitude and said well then just write a note in your door so we know not to clean today we finally raised hell and they gave us one. Apparently when we were getting ready to leave and that person walked into our room unannounced she told us it was bc someone checked out of room 214 which was our room so they had to come clean it but we hadn’t checked out yet and I think that’s so unsafe and ridiculous they should’ve checked to make sure that was the correct room bc clearly it wasn’t.
