This hotel was very close to the Biltmore. This was nice and convenient. The hotel was nice, just could be a little better about breakfast options.

The Brookstone Lodge is a hidden GEM!! My room was spacious and clean! The bed was so comfortable!😍 The window shade efficiently blacked out light! I got a great nights sleep! The sheets smelled like Downy! I truly slept like a baby! I woke up early, actually, before my alarm. The breakfast Brookstone lodge serves is really quite "not bad" as free hotel breakfasts as for all of my experience. I had an excellent stay! Thank You!

The location was good for the places we wanted to go. The staff was very nice. I rated it good instead of excellent due to some minor issues- the eggs at breakfast could be better, not enough hooks in bathroom for towels, tv location and operation wasn't great, door security latch didn't work properly but overall we were satisfied.

The breakfast was lame, no meat nor oatmeal were served while we stayed. And, The coffee tasted AWFUL!! It seemed the coffee machine (at the breakfast area) was never cleaned and coffee tasted burned.
