Nicely located hotel. Fridge was noisy and strangely there was a waterflow sound that could be heard from within the room due to the rain outside.

We stayed here as part of a visit to the Biltmore to see the Chihuly glass exhibit. Everyone was very friendly, the public and room areas were clean and well accommodated and the rooms were nice and quiet. Very enjoyable stay, thank you!

This a very attractive and well kept hotel. Our room is stylish and comfortable. We often stay in Hampton Inns and this is one of the nicest ones.

We travelled to see Biltmore, the City of Asheville and Wheels Through Time museum. The hotel location is excellent. The room we checked into was small, after speaking with the Front Desk clerk, she checked availability and was able to upgrade us to a larger room. Great service! Hilton Honors "welcome water bottles" are a nice start. The breakfast is lackluster, bread selections dry, proteins not very appetizing. Beverage selection was good, yogurt, good, condiments, good. Oatmeal was good. This is our 2nd visit and would choose it again on future trips to Asheville.
