There were too many tiny speed bumps on this property. They definitely do the trick to keep speeds down and therefore I assume the pedestrians safe, so I get it. But they are so jarring, and there are so many of them. We were dreading them any time we went in and out, and had to hold our coffees up in the air to try not to get spilled on.

Overall was ok. But pool, was way too small outside. Hot tub broken. Breakfast was cold. If you put a microwave in, would take care of that problem. But one reason we picked you, was breakfast looked good. While it was warm(eggs etc), by the time you sat down, was cool, not warm.Room was nice. Ft desk, very nice. Wide did not like overall. Next year, will prob use the Hampton Inn

Unsafe neighborhood

The property was clean, but the staff was far from friendly. The hotel is in a questionable neighborhood, and we didn't feel safe after dark. I drive 23 blocks down the road to get gas and saw multiply drug deals taking place. I would not stay at this property again even though it showed good reviews on Hotels.com

There was an unexpected event at the hotel. A sinkhole opened up adjacent to the hotel. There was no water service to the hotel. The staff handled the event with great professionalism. Kept huests updated and offered bottled water and credit for the days stay. The staff were stars!

Super comfy beds, cleanest bathroom I've ever seen! Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast crew did an amazing job keeping everything filled, fresh and clean.
